I have been a Chase customer for over 15 yrs. and never had a late or missed payment.

Five months ago, I paid my mortgage account balance in full. Received my receipt and lien release. I have called customer service at least 5 time in the past 5 months and have they have been just as nice and friendly as you could ask for except for the fact that I still have not received my refund of escrow. I've heard, "The check was lost in the mail, I'll re-issue another." You should have it in 10 business days, yeah right..." excuses, excuses...

If I ever am forces into bankruptcy, I can guarantee I will run their Chase credit cards to the max before doing so.

Screw these people. NEVER do business with them.
