I am very disappointed with your new website. I contacted your on line help and they were no help!

They told me to hit a button that I could not find. I went to one of your branches and met with someone that said they could help me. They did not know the website at all and were hunting and pecking like me.

They finally found what I was looking for after 10 minutes. I came back to my office and I got on line - still can't get what I want as I could from your last website.

Maybe next time you want to make changes ask some of your customers for ideas - not some programmer sitting in a cubicle.

May need to change banks!

Product or Service Mentioned: Chase Bank Website.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Go back to the old website.
