I'm disabled and I got 34.00 od in april 2018 right before my ssd was deposited and 34.00 twice in may of 2018 right before my ssd was deposited it was a total of 102.00 I cant afford them fees I'm disabled and have a heart valve and I have a speech disability so I cant talk to them I use email to communicate I need these charges to be reversed I need the money for food to take pills for heart to live I emailed them like ten times and nothing I need help and there rule book says 3 reversals every year I don't bank with them to make them money I'm disabled bad customer service they need to reverse my fees and not charge fees for disabled people or vets which I am
