After noticing a few days ago an authorized fee on my business account, I noticed that Chase bank has been charging me random fees for the last 4 years. It's amazing the bank we hire to protect our funds becomes the very thief we are trying to avoid.
I bank with several other banks and do not have any issues. I have been on the phone and in the branch endless hours to no avail. They are unable to produce any evidence that I signed up for these services, but tell me it is still my responsibility. My total loss is over $1500.
Chase's response, 'you should have caught it earlier'. BEWARE OF CHASE BANK!
