To chase bank
im patricia shilinsky your customer today 7/16/07 i called chase to make a payment on my loan i wanted to pay with my chase bank acc i had four of your employees tell me i could not do that on line i sent my husband to the bank fast to make the payment then i called chase back to see if the payment would post today they told me no. i had to have it posted today to keep our apr i told this gentelmen the problem and he told me yes i could pay on line with my chase checking acc he helped me cancel the payment my husband made and make the payment on line to keep our apr i expected much more from chase employees to be trained in matters like this i expect a refund on the canceled check since the information given to me was incorect i am very disappointed in the way i was treated i must tell you that there has been times when your employees are out right disrespectful i will be informing my family,friends,and co-workers about this treatment. sincerely patricia shilinsky 201-914-6306
