I have been a loyal Chase customer for over 30 years. I have had a Chase credit card for over 25 years. Chase has repeatedly denied charges to my credit card when I am outside my primary zip code even though I have called them repeatedly to tell them I would be traveling to another state. I have only had one charge to my credit card thatI challenged. I to not lose my credit card. They are just incapable of correctly programming their system. Maybe if they did not pay their CEO an outrageous salary or pay huge fines for fraud, they would not have to nickel and dime their loyal customers.

Chase credit cards-worst *** | Chase Bank in Houston, Texas

At one time I had an authorized user to my card and had credit card protection.The user ran up the card to it's max,which I have never done and there was no contact made.I called to have this person removed and was told for over 3 months that the notation had been made.The transactions still took place and I was charged over limit fees.I contacted them again and I was told that I had to close the account which I did,under the new account # the unauthorized user made more purchases which Chase will not reimburse the full amount!This person did not receive the new account info from me,Chase gave it out!They will not adjust my minimum payment even though I've had a loss of income since I set a plan with them.I had another Chase card in which I was the only user and when I called to close the account on a card I had not activated Chase allowed a telemarketing purchase which I had no knowledge of until I called!!So what is the purpose of paying for the protection if there isn't any notification.No wonder everbody is taking them to court,which is what I am looking into.They deserve to go bankrupt,they are ***!!!
