Here is one of the worst experiance in my life. I went to the atm cash deposit machine at houston clear lake branch. I selected the deposit cash option, then i inserted 20bills of 20$ then the atm took the money in but displayed a message saying technical problem. When i enquired about it, the bank did not respond at all, banker Jonathan took our problem seriously and called the service personals who maintains the atm machine. They said that they were not sure about it. 400$ is a huge sum for a student like me, when asked out whether ill receive the money, they said i cant guarentee you. All the trust i had on chase bank has vanished. I hope noone gets such a disgusting banking experiance like me.

Misrepresentation of policy provisions and overcharges without consent | Chase Bank in Houston, Texas

5 months ago was shopping 4 new auto ins. before my policy canceled with Geico, stumbled upon E-surance ... should be called everything that u dont want or didn`t agree 2 insurance. payed by debit card on pers. check acct. about 180.00 down and expected to get paper policy prov. in mail some weeks went by recieving similar paper qoutes from just about every other carrier. next thing i get statement from bank for continous debits from e-surance I contact esurance as I did not authorize debit withdrawal no help. Icontact bank and explain this 2 them- Chase says esurance has my debit card # so " I must have authorized auto pay with them!" I since have closed both Chase accts as well as cancelled esurance everything everyday sucks.....
