Having been a good customer at this location of Chase bank - even when it was before other banks: Home Savings, Washington Mutual, etc. for > 30 years, a dreadful experience has suddenly expulsed me, a good customer -- This occurred when a 'financial adviser' at Westwood branch intervened - when was opening up a big savings account and not all conditions were honestly disclosed. Apparently chase broke up with me. Woke up this morning @ 4am to check if my Direct deposit was in the bank TO PAY FOR MY RENT, and there is "no account on file" so I wait up (even though I have to work ALL DAY tomorrow) to call and ask why my account is closed. I have NEVER been overdrawn except once, and I paid the 350$ back THE SAME DAY! My account was zero balanced, and waiting to receive a check, so there's absolutely no reason they should... Read more

Needed the transaction amount on my debit card to be set higher so I called Chase in order to get that done and I talked to 5 people just to use my own money. They were holding me on the phone for over an hour not letting me use MY OWN MONEY and they told me it could not be done until the next day. I needed to get this done rite away and they made this process a living ***. What should have been 5 minuted becase an hour and 20 minutes of them... Read more

I called to put an amount in dispute. They said since I had previous dealings with this company, I had to call the company first and would not put this amount in dispute. Really? How about we put it in dispute AND we call the company. Really??? I called back and had Chase document my complaint and the fact that I am leaving because of this poor customer service after 10 plus years. My credit card companies would put this in dispute and help work... Read more

This bank is the worst. They take for every to help u when u need customer. Service. And they don't even.acknowledge or great u as u come in to bank lines. Are always. Long

They oin you fir everything they can top dollar... They dont limit how much they can penalize you, but you can penalized unlimited

I would tell all people Not To Get A Credit Card At All Eapecially From Chasse! Start off with a pre paid credit card from your bank and keep it over 70 percent balance at all times is a great way to up your credit score. old saying if you can't afford to pay cash then you don't need it! For anything other than a house or car. Chase is horrible to poor, young and not very future wealthy people. That is the advise! Chase doesn't want to work with... Read more

Worst service- have intricate rules that do not apply to service- rules where if you deposit cash- you still receive overdraft fees- has not changed- still Washington mutual scandalous tactics

The way you guys work is to slow 45 minutes to make deposit and every one on the bank do something different but no one take care the customer really the service sucks maybe I will change my count to other bank

Not all chase bank is bad service, the one in sepuleveda and Vannuys are not professional and there are under staff.
