Update by user May 12

As of now there has been no resolution. A detective from Michigan obtained a warrant to for Chase bank to release the information on acct # 268116057.

One of Chase bank's employees contacted the account holder to warn of the investigation on this account and allowed the account holder to withdraw all funds prior to a warrant being received. This is a case of unlawful behavior on the employees part in interfering with an investigation and I feel Chase bank should be responsible for the funds that were lost.

But we can not get any information from Chase they have some one scamming people. I am sure this is a felony and chase can stop it with the information they need to prosecute .
