Chase Bank review: What???

I guess I will call em early Monday. Got a charge on my statement from a Company called CASHSTAR SEPHORA e gIFT AT 877-850-1977 FOR $50.00, not a great deal of money, however I never heard of this outfit. My wife called em and they said the card had not been used but was non refundable and I needed to get the money out! I don't want the $$.$$. Help!!!

Same thing happened to us twice. It took almost 24 hours for the money to get back in our account.

We will be closing our chase account after the$800 is put back. We should of learned our lesson after the first 3 times their atms malfunctioned.

****Luisa Colin****Venice Blvd. LA was the best. Not my usual Chase experience. She listened, looked at my receipts, (cust serv) kept telling me, all was fine, when it was not. I left the branch feeling like a customer. I had an issue with my card. I was being rejected at multiple terminals. CHASE terminals. Which forced me elsewhere to get money for my kid's appointments. I was pissed and confused as I had the funds. I called multiple times and was not satisfied with the responses from the "fly catchers" I ended up going into the branch for help. She is awesome, and I thank her for representing Chase so professionally! Other Chase people take note. I refuse to enter my 2 home branches - Horrible treatment! I just got fed up, and can not understand simple niceties!.

There atm deposits suck....and they will not help you if there machine has a erro and cause you not to pay a bill ontime and you get a late fee because of there crapy atm machines.i deposited a chase check into my chase acct and it did not clear.but if i had gone in a delt with a teller a human i would not of had a problem.but there thing is convenients and all they did is make my life hard.and i got late fees to pay because of them.chase bank sucks bad.i will be closing my account.

Sorry to say it but in my years with WAM & then Chase.. I naturally was relaxed and confident of staff at my normal branches in Southern CA.. 1027 West Manchester LA to be precise... Recently I had to attend late afternoon.. with updates for my small business.. had a bundle of documents and folder.. one contained about $6,000 cash which I did not want to leave car. In the 50 or so minutes from 4.20pm on 3rd November... that it took to take care of me.. I moved the folder to the back of the desk. .and this is a long way from the public.. and when I left.. i *** well forgot it ..missed packing it with all the other docks.... really glad to get out as it was taking ages to get things done and a long drive ahead that night.. The black airline folder is sealed.. but around midnight I was in Nevada. Realizing & knowing where i left it and that only the younger female CEO would probably see it .. I sleep uncomfortably.. I got onto them at 9.20am.. was told by a male assistant manager that the folder was fine and waiting for me. I drive back from NV.. get to the branch about 4pm.. wait.. friendly. and a new person takes me in to the same office.. reaches down in a desk unlocked.. & pulls the folder out.. EMPTY.. Nil.. $6000.. where is the money??? She does not know.. "the normal girl was off today".. sick or rdo or who knew.. Next get a manager one who also knew me from yesterday.. he was quick to escape...after telling me a male customer brought it in .. .. then THE manager.. who assured me camera's would help.. but . NO . no camera . no followup ever.. the manager emailed at approx 5.30pm the next day to say he was off on vacation and to email somebody else next week.. The Story was to unfold.. as the branch manager Ferando called the off duty female CSO on the phone at her home. was told.. She has chased after me with the folder.. (1) The cso went after me out the door on realizing i had left the folder.. but I was gone.. (2) the assistant manager said a unknown male just came n to the branch & returned the black folder into the bank and handed in an empty folder.. Which is it?? OK camera's.. that will help.. Fernando agrees to pursue it in the AM.. BOTH of these stories would have been collaborated with the security camera. .but to date.. STILL NOT OF THE 4 follow up emails are responded too. My Phone does not get answered.. I know in the end.. as I knew then .. I'd have a hard time chasing this up .. but i trusted the manager Fernando Adame to be in contact.. and onto it.. as he said to me he also has to know who to trust.. and the stories did not add up.. and probably did not .. as long as I remained polite and contained.. I would go away.. Well the money matters little to me..but the deep hatred of thieves is long embedded from my previous employment.. Looking into it.. I know how this could have been resolved.. and may have been for the protection of other customers.. even a phone call back or email with something.. but no.. nil. So .. who can you trust to do the right thing by customers.. in the employees of Chase.. .. unfortunately many to date .. I hope.. .. but unfortunately.. not at this branch.. and ask yourself .. are the rest the same.....? Well.. are they..??
