Chase Bank - Horrendous customer service

Chase service has really gotten bad. Their supervisors are rude and don't do their job - customer service. When you go inside the branch, half the time the employees there are chit-chatting but not willing to help you. They charge so many fees and are eager to take your money but are charging a lot more than other banks and making mistakes and charging you for it! One mistake is forgivable but repeated mistakes and no effort to fix it - this bank should be audited. They boast they are the biggest bank and hence the best. Biggest does not mean best. I have been with them many years and disappointed by the terrible service, and the ways they try to sell you on things you don't need. Terrible service!

Chase Bank - 13 year customer- never had an issue

I’ve been a customer of chase bank for 13 years. I’ve never had any issues. They send me plenty of communications. Their app is user friendly and keeps me alerted for any possible threats to my accounts. They have a great fraud team. Great customer service to their loyol customers. I can also say the same about Bank of America. I cannot say the same about BBVA/Compass Bank....stay away from BBVA.

Chase Bank in Rosenberg, Texas - New Payment Policy

Chase has recently changed their policy on when it posts your payment. Even after they receive your payment from your bank they sit on it for 7 days before clearing it from your balance. This allows them to continue to charge you interest on that outstanding balance
