I am trying to transfer money out of an account that is in a trust. I first submitted requested docs that the local branch indicated had to be sent to legal.

After 5 weeks I contacted them and they told me they were the incorrect documents. I asked them to send me an email with exactly what I need to provide to change the account. The personell at the local branch flatly refused to put anything in writing as to the exact documents I need to provide. On hold now for 48 minutes so far waiting for help.

I had thought I would leave the money in chase but I want to get as far away from Chase Bank as possible. I am very frustrated with lack of process instructions and lack of professionalism.

I cannot login to my accounts.

User ID and password availability. I cannot login to my accounts without resetting the password, this has been going on for weeks. Even with customer service help, the same problem happens every time!!!

Need a vehicle notarized release of lien

NJ Div. Motor Vehicle 's require that the lending institution fax a copy of the Lien Release to the Agency. I was informed by the Bank One, now Chase, will not fax the lien release to NJ DMV As the Agency requires. It seems like a simple and reasonable request and I can understand why Bank One won't comply.

They took my money without notified me

I had 620.00 in my savings also my account was negative fraud transactions i did not know So instead they transferred from my savings to cover the negative balance Top of that my pension used for that without consulting me I am mad because i depend on my money No reason for this

Remove card restrictions

we called on a sunday 24/7 customer service to just lift a restriction. we started at 10am est and we finally gave up at 3:00 pm with no luck. we were told to call back a total of 12 times. the inexperienced operator tried verifying my account by callin g my phone the same phone I was using to talk to him.

90,000.00 was stolen from my account and Chase id doing very little to help me

I am 75 years old and it has finally reached my brother and myself (78 YO) We have lost $90,00.00 at CHASE BANK . They are not being the most supportive as they say I signed the documents) They not doing much but sending emails to the receiving banks in Hong Kong who are ignoring them. my card was unlocked for one atm withdrawl. This allowed me to drive to my Mother's home and get food for us. Very satisfied, for that, just annoyed that I didn't receive any notification that my card was declined until I went to get gasoline.

SSI payment not received

I have not received my SSI from my bank. My SSI was paid into my Chasebank account and I wrote a Chasebank check to my spouse which she has not received since August 19,2022. My account states it has been cashed.
