If you do not remember your Chase account username or password, you should be able to reset them by clicking the 'Forgot username/password?' link in the sign-in form. According to Chase Bank Help, you can check your account balance from any mobile phone that can send and receive texts. You should text them at 24273 (Chase) and they’ll text back your account balance.
If you want to search account activity, click the “Search Transactions” link on the Account Activity page. Search transactions by specifying an account, transaction type and date range.
If applicable, you can also enter a transaction amount range or a check number range. To see all transactions, please at the bottom of the screen, tap All transactions.
To see transactions with a specific person, please Tap the contact.

How to unlock my chase online bank account?When tried to login to my online account there is a message to say - my account has been blocked and instructing me to call 877691**** to unlock. I did this several times, repeatedly, today with little success, with any of the agents who answered the calls Finally I was told that I need to present my self at a Chase Branch in person to get this sorted out BECAUSE I live in the United Kingdom and there are no branches or Chase ATMs in UK I am not a US citizen, hence have no social security number Then I was told not to call the bank again as they will not be able to assist. Then I asked whether I can close this account - the answer is NO if I do not present myself physically at the branch where I opened the account some 13 years ago I wonder whether I should laugh or cry!

According to consumerist.com if visiting a branch is totally out of the question (and it sounds like it might be), try contacting Chase Bank executive customer service.
