Since we cant get any resolution from this banks flat out stealing our money, and giving us bank policy reasons that are convenient excuses and put offs with no money credited back to our accounts. Ive yet to find where to register a customer complaint against a Claims Dept.
Supervisor named "Brian". He wont give his last name. Since when did bankers or tellers last name become top secret???? That in itself is shady.
If your handling large amounts of money, it makes it real convenient to not have to identify themselves. Even though class suits awards the people very small amounts of settlement, right now its not about the amount of money, its about making Chase pay out money. Then maybe they can get their policies and employees put in proper perspective. To what end does this bank get to continue to get away with countless amounts of the customers money. I mean youre suppose to be able to trust that your money is in a safe place and being handled by competent employees with cameras on them at work.
Of course the cameras cant catch what information of yours they take home and *** your account. LETS DO THIS PEOPLE. Im sure someone out there reading this is an attorney and knows the procedure, to get us started.
Reading all the complaints it wont be hard to find some of the people wronged and financial hardships placed on by this banks practices. You can start with me.
