Chase send us a bill for Amazon Prime Membership for an account that is not ours. We do not have an account with Chase Bank.

Rang Amazon and they didn't help. Rang Chase - Jim who continually talked over us and refused to repeat a phone number. We couldn't understand him and he just would not listen to us. He hung up on us.

Never have we been treated so poorly by a CS rep. Retraining for him and dismissal for their training provider.

That claim the account was possibly set up as part of an Amazon promotion and we should have cancelled it before the promo ended.

We have no recollection of this and no one can provide evidence in support of this claim.

If the forgoing were to be true it just shows that Amazon in cahoots with Chase are very happy to trick customers into unwittingly committing to credit arrangements they would not other wise undertake. Very disappointing Chase that you should consider this type of arrangement is ethical or in any way represents the values you espouse as a major bank.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
