After some consistency was finally able to obtain some information. I got notice that i would get card in3 to 5 business. After being persistent i was told up to ten business days... Just not sure. Facepalm

Of course Chase customer service and tellers are poor quality. They only hire kids from high school with no experience, so they do not need to pay more than minum wage. I did apply to Chase long time ago and I did not qualify for teller position. I do have a Bachelor...

Why you would think a bank is going to take loose change in volume is beyond me. Get the paper rolls from them and do the job yourself.

Then, take the rolls into the bank. This is not rocket science!

Details
Horrible customer service, on 9/9/2014 around 9:35AM Cetral Time. I I asked to speak to management and he would not let me speak, would raise his voice at me and talk in a condescending way. They charge you the highest transactions overnight before 11 PM, followed by smaller so when you wake up in a morning you owe them 3 overdraft fee for $34 dollars each without a window to make it right. Management suggested that I check my account every night better yet go search for an ATM before 11 PM to put money in the account. Bad business, scamming people out of money. It's sad that such a large organization allowing this to happen to people.......
