i have the confirmation number from the person who sent it she has a chase account to. they keep saying it is my e-mail but i have a primary and another one both are the same.
when i try to call for help i just get the runaround and when i do what they tell me to do i get a message saying it take 3-5 business days for this to happen.
so i guess quick pay isn't really quick pay. i would hate to be in an emergcy situations and has to depend upon quick pay to get out of it.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
