Why did I reach your review...there’s absolutely no information in there except you were transferred, my guess is the reason they couldn’t resolve your issue is because you didn’t or couldn’t explain your issue....much like your review

Chase Bank review in Atlanta, Georgia: Chase would NOT close my account after I requested them to. Chase asked me ridiculous Security Questions that seemed to come from Googling or someone’s Facebook page - info that I didn't give them.

A Chase credit card phone representative asked me all these ridiculous security questions that I didn’t create. They asked me questions that they seemed to have may gotten through an internet people search. Because I sure didn’t supply them with any of this strange info that they asked me. For example, 1. THEY gave me a relative’s name and asked what’s their birthday and how that person is related to me. Really! You’re GIVING me a family member's name… that I NEVER gave your company and THEIR birthday is a security question! 2. They asked me what college I went to. (I never gave Chase this information on what college I attended!) Where are they even getting this information? Are they getting it from Facebook or random people search engines? Because I never gave them this info. 3. They asked How long I lived at my current address. They asked me for past addresses. I never gave them past addresses. These are strange questions to be asked when you didn’t set these up yourself as security questions. Its as almost as if they were Googling me. Security blocked my phone number and they hung up on me three times when I called back from a different number. Each time they hung up on me... I was first transferred to security and they validated who I was first. Then put me on hold and hung up. The weird thing is that after I answered all of those questions with a rep, they told me I wasn’t myself and blocked my brand new never used card. I wanted to close it since it was so difficult to use and they wouldn’t even let me close the card! They wouldn’t even let me close the new “never used” card that they would NOT let me use. Having a CHASE CREDIT CARD IS TERRIBLE! I would not wish dealing with Chase on anyone. I feel that I should not have to suffer with this Chase credit card account being on my credit reports if I’ve already requested that they to close the account. I would not reccommend this company to anyone. Dealing with them is HORRIBLE! Chase Bank - Debit Card Review from Atlanta, Georgia

I will never bank with this bank. I tried to deposit cash from Chases ATM into my brothe's account. I'm in NJ he's in CA and was told I can't deposit cash but I can deposit a money order or my personal check or give my debit card for them to process a bank transfer from my account???? I've never heard of such nonsense. The methods they asked for can all be forged but cash can be checked for counterfeiting while standing in front of the teller. Never will I even walk in to this bank again. I called my brother who will now look to bank elsewhere.

I'm at the chase bank in eureka, I came to open an account, it took them 40 mins before I had a chance to finally tell them what Im In for . When I was trying to open an account I had my marinello school of beauty ID and she said I need a different form of a school id to open account. I'm pretty mad because the lady wasnt helpful and now I sit again waiting to talk to some one with my acceptance letter. I came in at 1 and it's 230 This has made my experience at chase terrible

Chase Bank review in Atlanta, Georgia: CHASE IS HORRIBLE

I have wasted about 5 hours on the phone, simply trying to get a breakdown of my rewards points. WHY I cannot access them online is BEYOND strange, as they are my own spent points. Also, I am asked four or five times a quarter to "activate" my 5% rewards points. WHY!? Do you know someone who would not want the extra 4%? That is what I was told though: some people do not want the extra rewards, this is why they ask to activate...sure, Chase. I am new to these review sites, but I am so furious at the level of rudeness and shadiness of CHASE, I had to warn others. PLEASE PICK A DIFFERENT CARD!
