I have been working with Chase Mortgage to get a home modification for over two years now. Recently they denied my application because my home is listed for sale. They called me twice to inquire about the listing and I told them that it was a back-up plan, but that I fully intended to keep the home. No one ever told me that I needed to take the listing down in order for them to proceed, they decided to deny the modification instead. After I contacted HUD they told the HUD representative that they would escalate my issue.
I HAVE BEEN CALLING CONSISTENTLY FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND CANNOT GET A RETURN PHONE CALL.
