I am unable to add payees to my bill pay account. I have a direct phone number to call. I have a case number. I received one phone call late evening from the Tech person. A message was left by them. I have called and left messages. There has been no response or answers in 17 business days.

I have to agree with you when you search for checks. You have to to do a new search every time and scroll. It is time consuming and not user friendly at all.

I wanted to transfer money between two of my accounts. Chase Bank verified that I am the owner of the account that the money is to go to. The accounts were linked, and I set up the transfer on the website. I get an email the next morning that the transfer was cancelled. I try to log in to my account, but my access is blocked. I call and end up with the fraud department. What is fraudulent about moving money between my own linked accounts?! I was told that I had to go to the bank with two IDs. I go. The banker calls the fraud department, and even after giving them her credentials, they insisted on verifying her identity by calling her back. They do. She explains that it is my account and that I am making the transfer. After a lengthy conversation with the fraud department, she tells me that they are adding notes to the account so that this should not be a problem. I go home and make the online transfer again. Then the fraud department calls asking for a verification of who I am. The automated system starts by asking for my zip code. As I try to enter it, the call drops. I call them back. They refuse to provide me with any information, and tell me that I need to go to the bank with two forms of ID. I explained that I did earlier that day, and that there are notes to verify that and what has happened. I ask them, why don't you call me back on the phone number on the account? I am told that they cannot. Strange, as that was the number they called minutes earlier. It is also the number that they used to send text alerts to me. It just gets worse from there. Why does Chase treat its own customers like criminals? Why is the fraud department even involved as the target account has been verified by Chase as my own? Why is Chase blocking me from accessing my own money?
