CHASE bank is not standing by me or my business when it comes to my unfortunate employee fraud case. Even though the employee was in custody and will be arraigned downtown LA, and she was not a signer on any of the accounts and CHASE accepted and cashed checks not signed by me, CHASE refuses to reimburse me or my company.
This letter is the only explanation that I can get from my private banker and the CHASE executive offices.
The people in the executive offices were also very rude and had a ”too bad for you” attitude. I am looking for suggestions and I want my neighbors and fellow entrepreneurs to know about this so that you can choose another bank.
