Chase Bank - 13 year customer- never had an issue

I’ve been a customer of chase bank for 13 years. I’ve never had any issues. They send me plenty of communications. Their app is user friendly and keeps me alerted for any possible threats to my accounts. They have a great fraud team. Great customer service to their loyol customers. I can also say the same about Bank of America. I cannot say the same about BBVA/Compass Bank....stay away from BBVA.

It's too difficult being a Chase customer. You wake to account hacks and being locked out and having to be on the phone to deal with it. A simple 2-step verification would stop this and avoid customers from constantly having to make special passwords they can't...

Chase Bank - Frayd
