Honestly this bank always upsets me today it goes to show how twrrible they are as a company. They have hidden fees that are called "insufficient funds fee" this time I did have sufficient funds and unfortunately another bank tha i pay my car with didnt have the full amoubt in the time they told me they had it so they did this whole fiasco and basicaly said i owe more than that plus the insufficient fee now i even have receipts to prove when i had money and and how much i took out which is why they dissmissed the fee. It upsets me when they do that . Makes me mean want to just close the account and start all over some where else.

Insufficient account fees are only hidden to people that do not spend money they don't have in their account. To you sir/madam they are never hidden.

In a vague attempt to make their banking experience "secure" Chase has managed to make it impossible to use their services. Good luck getting through to a human being when calling customer service, I so far tried every possible avenue to talk to someone from there, with no results (I have been calling since 9:00 this morning, it is now 10:51, and still no luck). Their so called security checks are just a way to lull customers into a false sense of security when using their accounts, which is false. It is a flawed bank, with flawed website and incompetent staff. Save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else, anywhere else really.

I am tired of waiting in long lines for one of the two tellers the Anaheim Lincoln Ave branch. What are we getting for the money we place in this bank? They want us to use the atm for all transactions now because tellers cost them too much money? What are we getting for the money we depisit then? Certainly not a decent interest rate on our deposits, yet they charge high interest to use our money. I am seriously going to change to another bank- one that still provides customer service.

Chase Bank review in San Diego, California: Customer Servise Sucks

I had an urgent request for a document regarding my mortgage, I called to speak with the Chase Customer Service to get the needed paperwork and all they could tell me was that I needed to Fax my request to 800-848-9136 and that someone from their Research Team would get back with me to confirm that they received it. I never heard back from their "Team", so I called the customer service line again and got the royal run around as well as the 3rd degree. Not only did they succeed in *** me off to the point of no return. The customer service Rep. Choma Bamtiliam, Refused to let me speak with her Supervisor. I had to call back and speak with a different customer service rep to get a Supervisor on the phone who proceeded to ignore my request and spent the next 31 minutes stonewalling me again. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, I was denied access to her boss because they weren't available. I asked if i could leave my phone number for that person to return my call and was told that it would not be possible. The only option was for me to "FAX" my document again and hope someone would receive it and scan it into their system and that would take another 24 to 48 hours to do.

I set it up not being a chase customer but a BOA customer it has been a disaster I would not advise this service.

Chase Bank review in San Diego, California: Worst system! Worst customer service!

I basically had the exact same thing happen to me but twice in one month!!! I deposited money though their atm... around 1000$ I filed a claim before and they credited me the money and supposedly everything was fine... But then three weeks later the same thing happened on 1180$!!! A 5$ bill got stuck in the slot and jammed up the system! Only to give me a receipt stating that there were technical errors and call claims. I proceed to walk into the branch immediately following the incident, where a customer service rep deals with the claims department on my behalf and they tell him to tell me they will credit me within 72 hours. Only to find out a week later that nothing has been deposited! I call claims and they tell me that because this is the 2nd time in 30 days that it is under serious supervision and needs 7-10 business days!!! The rep was extremely rude and basically told me there was nothing they could do. We're not talking like 100$ ... It's 1100$! Money to help support me as my family. This is just ridiculous. And they treat me like it's my fault when it's they're machines that are at fault. What happened with everyone else's situation?! All I know is I'm getting my hard earned money Nomatter what!
