So you do a deal with a car dealer, car dealer tells you something and the bank who’s not a part of this conversation sends you a bill and it’s the bank that’s wrong? Maybe I’m wrong but maybe you should have contacted the BANK first or gotten something from the dealer in WRITTING saying the DEALER would make you whole but sounds to me like you feel the dealer has power over the bank - if you think this is how things in this country work then I should tell you that same dealer told me you owe me $12 million dollars - I expect the check within 3 business days!!!

They are horrible. How can you have a man the second longest worker in chase history still working?

Started at 17 and will be 80 in January and still has to work to pay the bills after my mom died. Sorry, they are horrible. He deserves so much more but never got it. Sorry but it really hurts me that they could do this to such a great and dedicated worker his entire life.

He drives an hour to work and back 4 days a week. It's so sad.

Apparently chase broke up with me. Woke up this morning @ 4am to check if my Direct deposit was in the bank TO PAY FOR MY RENT, and there is "no account on file" so I wait up (even though I have to work ALL DAY tomorrow) to call and ask why my account is closed. I have NEVER been overdrawn except once, and I paid the 350$ back THE SAME DAY! My account was zero balanced, and waiting to receive a check, so there's absolutely no reason they should close my bank account. I truly was offended by what the representative said on the phone: "you will never be able to bank with chase again." UHM WHY. He had no answer for me except chase was "expressing their rights to end the relationship with you." Lol OK. So now I have to bust missions and figure out how to get my check and drive IN traffic BEFORE I have to get to work, and then still get out of work, and rush to PAY rent. OH YEAH, and it was my STUDENT account.

Needed the transaction amount on my debit card to be set higher so I called Chase in order to get that done and I talked to 5 people just to use my own money. They were holding me on the phone for over an hour not letting me use MY OWN MONEY and they told me it could not be done until the next day. I needed to get this done rite away and they made this process a living ***. What should have been 5 minuted becase an hour and 20 minutes of them telling me it could not be done and them frustrating me beyond belief. Very poor customer services!! I am canceling my account immediately!

Chase Bank review in Los Angeles, California: Disputed charges

I called to put an amount in dispute. They said since I had previous dealings with this company, I had to call the company first and would not put this amount in dispute. Really? How about we put it in dispute AND we call the company. Really??? I called back and had Chase document my complaint and the fact that I am leaving because of this poor customer service after 10 plus years. My credit card companies would put this in dispute and help work out the issues. Very poor customer service. I'm going to a local bank that cares about their customers.

Guess its better than what they did to me. I disputed a $414.00 purchase on an above ground swimming pool liner brand new that leaked.

Now this pool held 6,300 Gals. of water, I called the merchant they would only send me another liner. I said no I just want my money back. I live in Cali and we are in a drought,county mandatory to cut back on water or get fined.

To fill the pool twice would put me at double my allotment. Besides why would I want to take a chance on the next one being defective? And it read on the box, Do Not Return To The Store. Anyway Chase claims back in June put the money back on my account, I was waiting for the merchant to dispute my claim and they have 30 days to do so.

Well 60 days went by and on August 10th, I check my account online and not only is the money I had in there gone but now Im -$308.00 minus.They decided that since the merchant tried to make good on it by offering another liner that the charge was valid. The money is always good that I deposit, the products we buy not always. So they put through what shouldve been taken out Aug.9th they took out two purchases on the 10th and now I have three overdraft charges. The claims dept.

supervisor Brian is a rude disrespectful bully that wont give his last name. whats up with that.

Who in the freak gets to handle customers money and give no last name. How convenient that must be.

I would tell all people Not To Get A Credit Card At All Eapecially From Chasse! Start off with a pre paid credit card from your bank and keep it over 70 percent balance at all times is a great way to up your credit score. old saying if you can't afford to pay cash then you don't need it! For anything other than a house or car. Chase is horrible to poor, young and not very future wealthy people. That is the advise! Chase doesn't want to work with you to get your balance paid off- look into incentives to pay off credit cards and there really isn't one without penalties and future costs.
