RUDE! UNKIND! DISRESPECTFUL! UNCARING! UNPROFESSIONAL!!
We lost our income's and called CHASE BANK to ask for an extension on our auto loan, which we have always been on time with and have Not missed a payment before.
We were informed that Because we lost our income by NO fault of ours that they WON'T allow it ? Because they said it is ONLY Allowed for "UNFORESEEN!" events?????
I Do Not know of any business that is going to Layoff employees and give advance NOTICE to said employees, there for this WOULD BE an "UNFORESEEN!" event.
I WOULD NOT recommend getting any kind of loan with chase bank to ANYONE!
THEY are a SORRY *** Bank to do any business with and you would be better off going to a loan shark for money!
We will close all of our accounts as soon as we can and WILL NEVER do business with them EVER in the future!
PISSED OF CUSTOMER!!!!!
