Chase Bank - Scammers

Been with the bank for 4YRS and this last yr, rushcard has been trying to sneak money from me without me even knowing. One time i went and used my card over the phone to pay a bill and the operator told me my card was denied and i callex and checked my bal and they took the money off but transaction wasnt approved. So i called my bill ppl and said well the money came out of my account for the bill and the biller told me they did not receive the money and to call my bank. I called Rushcard and they told me they were waiting for a release from the biller, i then told them that they never received the money. They put me on hold and said they were calling the company they then put me on 3 way with the biller. And the biller read off a transaction code that proved to Rushcard that the transaction was never approved. Rushcard card then said they would release the hold and give me my money back. They couldn't explain what went wrong.. Another problem a when Rushcard told me my direct deposit was not posted and i called my employer and they gave me prove they sent the money to my bank. Rushcard then tells me they are waiting for a modification code and that my funds would be posted sometime that day. I talked to 3 diff ppl. One guy hung up on me and then the next lady said they were getting high call volumes because of direct deposit issues. So i then asked for a manager and she then tells me they are waiting on an email and that should post the money to my account. I then asked her why she couldn't call to speak to someone higher about the issue she then told me she wasnt sure who that would be?! She then takes my number down and said she will check into it and give me a call back!!! Unreal!

Chase Bank - Chase is a NIGHTMARE

Been dealing with a mortgage modification for months...all the while my finances are dwindling to nothing. I have sent the required paperwork 5 separate times only to be told..."Oh, now we need...blah blah blah..." So then you have to check a box, or have another document notarized, or pay 125.00 to have another paper registered at the courthouse, and send ALL the paperwork back in AGAIN - just to be told once more - "Oh, now we need..." This company is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. It is such an obvious SCAM.They try to wear you down so you will just give up. They are NOT concerned with your plight at all. I am desperate and they just keep dragging it out with pathetic and ridiculous requests, some that don't make any sense at all. Evil company.

Chase Bank in Albany, Oregon - Auto Loan Payoff

My first auto loan payment was due 2/11/2013. I sent Chase a check for $29,000 which arrived on 2/9/2013 and was posted by Chase on 2/11/2013. In the past, 18 days, I have received 2 letters and conducted 2 phone calls because Chase said NO PAYMENT had been received and a $17.97 late fee had been assessed. How can this be? In this case, Chase's rules of handling & managing financial transactions make no economic sense. It appears the goal is to maximize revenue from the enforcement of fees. Financial advisors highly recommend making additional loan payments toward the principal, with Chase, there is no early pay-off penalty, just a late fee.

Chase Bank - Don't Chase your money
I signed up to have my paychecks deposited on the Chase Paycard. I was assured that it could be used online and that I could pay bills with it. I was even told that my tax return could be deposited on it as well. At first everything was going smoothly and I was able to...

Chase Bank in Newark, New Jersey - SCAMMED AND NO HELP FROM CHASE

I was scammed when I was given a counterfeit check for a craigslist transaction. Chase cashed the check, it seemed fine, I spent some of the funds and then they returned the check putting me negative. From the jump they put all of the blame on me (financially), and has since closed my account without saying a word. Instead of treating me as a customer they're treating me as a criminal. I have spoken with them 4 different times, each time never being notified of what was to happen next. Each rep with the same indifference and inability to help in the simplest way of allowing my bank transfer to bring the account even. They just want to phase me out anonymously and unbeknownst to me.

Chase Bank in Omak, Washington - Service Fees

I've unfortunately been a customer of Chase since they took it over from WAMU. I switched over to chase when they bought it, not voluntarily I might add. My main issue is with these $10 monthly service fees they charge. WAMU never treated their customers this way and never charged any monthly service fees, and if they did, at least they had the courtesy of letting you know beforehand. I was not informed when they started this and only found out through my statements. I've been filing complaints with chase over their monthly service fees for over 2 years. (I know, I know I should've just closed the account then)!! Today I receive a letter stating that my 'complaints' have been noted and given to upper management (I don't think that's true, but...) and basically telling me to keep quiet and "oh here's a $20 refund, although this is the last time a refund will be given for this". In other words there telling me to keep my mouth shut, trying to "credit" my account with the $20, and hope that I will just play along and keep quiet. Today I've decided that I will be closing my account. It's hard enough trying to make ends meet, but when you can't make the required waivers (to the service fee) and chase tries to justify their actions by telling you to keep quiet, it makes it very easy to close my account and switch to either another bank or credit union. Chase is a rip off, and a bunch of liars, thieves, and ***-artists. What ever happened to WAMU style of customer service? When the customer actually always came first? This is nonesense!!

Chase Bank in Trenton, Michigan - ATM Steals Money!

So last night at 9:42 I deposited $145 at their ATM in cash. Everything went in okay and my husband checked it later that night and it appeared in the bank accounts. Then this morning I woke up to an alert from their app stating I am overdrawn. The deposit I made has vanished and the past few deposits gone as well. All the money in my savings disappeared and they charged me a service fee twice for not having at least $300 in there because they made it disappear. Where's my money? How am I suppose to pay my bills chase? Get it together!
