Chase Bank - 12 yr customer & I get random letter that they are closing account and don't have to tell me why and aren't going to (like a *** 5 yr old)

After 12 freakin years of banking with these *** I get this random letter telling me they can no longer retain my accounts. Upon opening account I guess I signed their "Account Rules" which state they can close an account at any time without advanced notice. I have some money in the accounts nothing a normal civilized rational person at a bank couldn't handle. No bounced checks, no overdrafts, no suspicious multiple cash only deposits in the middle of the night, no wire transfers, no international transfers, no checks in large amounts, no deposits from some random place, no large random deposits, I deposit checks from the same 2 places each month. I write the same checks out each month. I withdraw cash weekly for lunch or whatever. I use my debit as needed if I have no cash. There has been no change in my normal monthly banking activity. Nothing. I call the number in the letter and am told "yes" it is valid and not a joke and decision is "final". I ask that all important question "Why" and I rattle all my "good banking" behaviors and tell her it makes no sense. She says that they don't have to tell me why and they're not going to. I tell her I need to talk to a supervisor and she says the answer will be the same. I try and get something out of her she won't budge. I ask her if she had special training on how to deal with people that call in and are bewildered and confused and pissed at this letter. She said no. I did get out of her that it is the "back office" who makes the decision. So I fire off a thousand questions about who the ***, what the ***, why the ***, and she just says that that's what they call them and no I can't reach them. Finally she just quit answering my questions. They don't have to tell me and they aren't going to tell me.

If they don't want your business, then go elsewhere. Since when do you have a "right" to have a bank account at a certain institution? You must be a democrat in addition to a "victim."

I could see if there were suspicious or unusual activity on my accounts but Nooooooooooo, just normal transactions.. If you lived in a house or 27 years, perfect tenant, no bounced checks, no late rent, no complaints, no keeping weird hours or weird friends there, then one day out of the blue get a letter and says "You can't live here anymore. You're outta here by X date. I don't have to tell you why and so I am not going to.

Don't ask questions Don't try and call, nothing."

You wouldn't be like WTF just happened? You wouldn't want to know why? If you say No then you are a liar.

I'm sayin why all the cloak and dagger *** Chase. Man up and tell me wtf you are closing my accounts

Chase Bank in Kansas City, Kansas - Horrible company!!!

Choose a different credit card company!!! I have a capital one credit card and I love it so if you are searching for a credit card you can look there! This company doesn't help at all and customer service is horrible! I got transferred to four different people today, each saying they could help with the issue at the start of the phone call then transferring me to another representative. On top of everything they all have thick accents and they don't understand what you're talking about. You can tell all representatives are located in another country. I will never have a card with this company again!

Chase Bank in Las Vegas, Nevada - Chase QuickPay is anything but

My client and I just spent three hours working through the poorly set up maze of Chase QuickPay. After filling out screen after screen of information, following dead links, trying to follow FAQs that tell you to go to menus and pages that don't exist, and finally landing on "3-5 business verification" of the payor's account, we decided that it would be quicker and easier to cut a paper check and mail it cross-country. Phone rep was even less help. I know they're a TARP bank, but was their website designed by the same idiots that did the ACA site? What a convoluted nightmare. Not to mention the false advertising: "quick" indeed!

Chase Bank - No help with unauthorized charges

I was charged over $300 for a trial period of a product and was only supposed to pay for shipping.After trying to resolve the issue with the company-was hung up on several times, was not given an authorization number to return the product , they were not able then to find my account or let me speak with a supervisor. All emails were returned saying to call the phone number. When I notified Chase, they sided with the company (that per BBB is no longer in business) stating the charges were correct. They are not correct and Chase refuses to remove the charges! Pissed off , used to be loyal Chase customer, but will be selecting another financial institution!

Chase Bank - ???? Unfair repossessed

Lost . Got behind couple months. Restarted to pay the auto loan. They called everyday asking for back money. NEVER offered to help. NEVER offered to help refinance. Just the back money. Was there a bonus to get the back money?? I think the bank could save money and make more money if they employed more people with common sense. Would be a better business if they had better workers. Would be a better business if they showed an understanding side in this current economic things. Tried to be different then others. Thank you. I am now rid of chase. THANKS!

Chase Bank - Ignorant Branch Manager denied to deposit my LLC check made to my own name.

Depositing a check made payable to me, rather than the LLC, into the LLC's account can be accomplished . I wrote the endorsement as "Pay to..." and then insert the LLC's name. This is the way I normally do when I deposit my checks at other branches. However, the ignorant Branch manager her name is Rebecca for Chase bank which is located at 637 N Stephanie St, Ste B7 denied deposit my checks two times since the check was not made to my LLC name . Obviously Rebecca does not know what is the a special endorsement or she absolutely does not know how this works. I can't believe how she can do her job as a branch manager and how chase bank gave her title as BRANCH MANAGER. Because of her, chase bank would lose lots of customers. Please train her to become a knowledgeable for manager.

Chase Bank in Germantown, Maryland - NSF Fees Charged Before Credit Applied

Twice this month I have returned items, and the stores have credited my account/card. They then charged my card for the correct items. Chase has been in trouble for this before... they don't put the credit through until after the new purchase. They let items from the same day charge to the account so that they can charge you NSF fees. I am so fed up with this. Off to Facebook, OCC, Better Business Bureau... By the way Mr. Adrian Charles of Chase Internet Customer Service... you need more training. It's like when someone says something to another someone, and then they say "but"... it cancels out everything the person said before it. With Chase apparently it's "We value you as a customer."

Chase Bank lies, commits fraud and gets away with it!

I have been trying to do an assumption and modification for the past two years with Chase. My mother died without a will and I live in her house. I became disabled in Feb. of 2012 and am in a wheelchair now. I submitted my doctors information to Chase while my loan was still paid and current and began the assumption and modification process. They would not accept my payments while going through all of this and than rejected me after I was now in foreclosure! I even got an attorney, but they won't even respond to him! They have robo-signed my dead mothers name and claimed she has called them at least six times since her death in April of 2010! I just got through my 6th time doing the assumption/modification to be denied over one form they "claimed" I never filled out. It is all a lie and they are full of *** and they just want to suck up all these houses and than re-sell them when the market turns around for a huge profit. Chase Bank sucks!

Chase Bank in Houston, Texas - Closed Account and cant get my funds

My account was mysteriously closed by chase last week. I go to the bank before school to make a deposit account was suspended for any undisclosed reason. I have yet to receive this letter explaining their reason. I think that this is so unfair because I went to great extreme to keep my account in good standing. I have spoke with several reps on today know one has the same information everyone is incompetent. I went into the local branch after being told that I could go into the bank withdraw my money with the assistance of a branch manager. I went into the bank and what a waste of time I still do not have my money. I have a bill that is due tmmw but chase doesnt' care they would much rather hold my funds. My goal is to deter one customer because this is unfair. No one can give me a reason, what department closed the account, or the letter.

I benn with chase gorore the 15 years i made fews desputes and they decided to closed down my account with out warning hate this bankrealy paid ovet fees for everything :( not happy at all very disappointed i had a mortgagee paid off n still no help they closed never want deal with people ever so be carefully if had someone still your card they will work with you but not twice If had second time good luck they closed with no notice at all and kick to curb :( really they should closed this bank out for once .....
