Chase in Pasadena Texas is the slowest drive thru i've have ever been to.I have had to go there a couple of times because out is close to my job. Today they was two cars in from of me and it took 22 minutes before I finally got to the front really? And I only have an hour lunchi try not to go there of I can avoid it but really that is unacceptable.

Chase Bank - Harassing Phone Calls from Rude Chase Employees

Our car payment was 3 days late and we received threatening and harassing phone calls from Chase Auto Finance employee. I paid the payment today, and they were on the phone harassing my husband he same time I was making he payment. They are rude overly aggressive and harassing to the pint that I am considering a lawsuit. They need to do better with training their staff. A Chase employee told me that they teach their employees to be aggressive and to take control and tell the customer what they will and won't do. Shame on you Chase!!!! Ya'll suck at customer service, you could learn some lessons from PIKE Fish Market in Seattle Washington!!!! They have customer service down to a science!!!!

Amazingly they would rather lecture a customer than process a payment. Refinancing to get away from these bottom feeders.

Mailed me two cards - one offering Occupant $250 to bank with Chase ...

But offering My Name only $150 for the same. As if either of us would ever trust them with my money.

Best moment, "Thank you for choosing Chase." " I didn't!"

I completely agree -- they are violating consumer rights and the federal government should shut them down. They are violating consumer rights and should cease to operate.

Please move your accounts somewhere else.

Chase Bank Credit Card Review

If I'd be able to put zero stars I would. Rude customer service. One person tells me I paid too much on my credit card and they'll be sending me a cheque of 360$ and I end up getting 145$ because of "fees" or what not. They're just stealing their customers. I closed my account and never will I go with them again.

Chase Bank - Cancelled on Buyer At Last Minute

We were actually the buyers of a short sale that was financed through Chase. Took them 3 months to get all of our information through their "negotiator" and first set of under-writing. On Wed we finally received an update that we would receive the official approval letter that Fri. Thursday (that next day) we received a call from our realtor that Chase cancelled and decided they wanted to push the sellers through foreclosure rather than approve the short-sale. Completely unprofessional and unethical as we had been told everything was set for approval. I honestly hope the foreclosure goes through, that would leave chase with $0, less money they would have received should they have approved the short sale. Never working with them and would never recommend them to anyone for any type of account.

Chase Bank in Los Angeles, California - CHASE INCOMPETENT. DISHONEST FIDUCIARY. GREEDY. DISPICABLE

Chase deposited funds for two separate mortgage accounts into on account into one account and commenced FORECLOSURE proceedings against the other -- on SIX SEPARATE OCCASIONS OVER 20 YEARS. Chase increased the Mortgage rate from the Libor rate approximately 1% to 5.99% by their dishonest practices. Chase Bank in Dallas, Texas - Request for private info

On July 10, 2014 I rec'd a letter, supposedly from Chase, requesting me to fill out the enclosed form with my ss #, DOB, name(exactly as it appears on your ss card), home address, phone, signature and a W-9 tax form. They said to mail it in the enclosed envelope, fax it to the number listed, or bring it to a Chase branch, or any accounts attached to me would be canceled. It went in the trash. On July 25, I got a second letter...same forms, same request. I called the listed 1-800# and they couldn't tell me which accounts, exactly, would be affected if I didn't return the info. Google search shows only ATM machines for Chase in a 25 mile radius of my home..no physical banks. Who, in their right mind, is going to give out that info to an unknown address, or fax?

How is this a complaint for Chase Bank. It sounds as if you were spammed and had the brains to not give out any information. Good for you but Chase didn't do anything wrong.

Chase Bank - REQUEST NOT COMPLETED - LATE FEE??

I had requested that my due date be change to the beginning of the month since I get paid on the 15th and 30th. I received a text today that my payment had not been received. I called the bank and the 1st CSR I spoke with stated he did not see where the request to change my due date was processed, although he saw the call I had made for the change. I requested a reversal of late fee and was told he could not do it because I did have on previously in April. So, I asked to speak with a supervisor, the short of it is - Sorry after reviewing you account and the last late fee reversal we can not authorize an additional reversal. So, I told them to close the account. He then asked me why I wanted to close the account..... seriously!!! I will stick with US BANK- they actually try to assist the customer and I'm not saying this just because I work there!!!! See ya bitter taste chase

Oh. Sure.

You are a habitual late payer and the Bank is the problem. I don't work for a bank but even I can see the difference between a real customer service problem and a person who feels they are the center of the universe and just because they can't budget their bi-weekly salary, and feel they aren't required to follow the rules all of us have to follow.

Trust me, I doubt the person at Chase was really torn up to lose your business. As for US Bank, they are a good outfit but I doubt they would be happy to know the unprofessionalism their employee demonstrated.
