Chase Bank in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Hostile environment created by a man that works in the bank

I took my 85yr old mother to the bank in SW Oklahoma City where she has banked for years. She needed a document notarized we signed in and while waiting she went to the teller for some banking business. There was only one person working the area where you had to sign in and she was very busy, she tried to find someone to help but no one showed up. When my mom came back to the waiting area she decided to ask the lady that was there to guide people and answer questions to see if there was someone that could help get us through quicker. There was a black man in a suit that telling my mom to go sit down and that they don't have special treatment for anyone. No one was talking to him he just started saying these things. When my mom sat back down the black man was mumbling and I told her that he is prejudice and something must be wrong with him. I could hear him saying something about us being white and that we better not say that he is crazy. He was pacing and mumbling and it was very threatening the way he was acting. No one had addressed him so there was no reason for him to be saying anything. We decided to leave and he was holding his cell phone in a way that looked like he was taking pictures of us. This was a very uncomfortable and hostile environment for customers. No one working for the bank should behave in this manner.

Sounds more like you and Your mom has a problem than the bank employee.When you go to any bank your have to wait your turn to be waited on.You are not special know more than anyone else trying to take care of business.Why should everyone have to get in a hurry for your mom?Just because your mom is 85 years old.Have your mom add your name on her account and Then your mom will not have to go to the bank at all,You can go into the bank for your mom and She can stay home where she belongs since she has know patience to wait her turn.What do you want?Everyone to be placed on hold because your mom is in the bank.If this is the case know one would get seen because of your dear old mom.

I think you misunderstood the whole situation. She was willing to wait and the employee had no business butting in her conversation with another employee and he wasn't even standing close to us he was being very rude. You obviously aren't educated because you can't spell or use proper grammar so what would you know about manners.

Chase Bank in Hollister, California - Not enough help

today, Monday July 27th 2015 I entered the branch in Hollister California at12:58 pm. There was one teller ONE. I finally left at 1:38 pm. Luckily I wasn't on lunch break but I did have dogs waiting in the car while the temp was 85* I think I'll take my business elsewhere as this is ridiculous. So I am supposed to use at least one hundred words. Really? words words words words words words words words words work words words words words See how crazy this is? I am guessing that you don't want complaints. So this took more of my time than I had anticipated Not cool Just sayin....

I had the very same thing happen to me 1 day ago,it is ridiculous and a waste of your time to have to surf banks to find someone to cash it without having a different check made out to you.This would cost me another 3 days of waiting for a replacement. chase bank,please post a sign on your entry door stating that unless a person has an account at your bank,they will not succeed at anything once they pass through it. Because of this happening,i will never consider banking with you....ever!!!

Chase Bank in Houston, Texas - Customer Service SUCKS

My dad opened a Chase savings account for me when I was in elementary school and I just saw on my last statement that they closed my account and sent the money (about $70) to the state as "unclaimed property" without attempting to contact me at all! I know they had my mailing address since I was still receiving statements. I called to ask if I could get my money and close the account and the very rude woman I spoke with said it would be "very hard" with "a lot of steps" to get it back. She asked for not only my full name but also my ENTIRE social security number (not the last 4). Then, she asked if I would like to be put on hold so she could gather the information for the state and I said no thanks because it was already too much of a hassle for the small amount of money, in my opinion, and so she hung up on me! I called back and a man answered. I asked him for the name of the lady that I spoke with and asked if I could speak with a manager and he said she WAS the manager! THE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME!! I HATE Chase. Credit Unions are so much better!

Banking regulations bro, dormant accts are usually sent to the state. You should've gotten a letter from Chase.... You probably just ignored it
