Details
Only one teller on December 31st and the Branch Manager Venita walking around wearing jeans and doing nothing to solve the problem. More than 25 people in line. Approximately 25-30 minutes wait just to make a simple money order. Customers that were in line were furious and trying to get her attention but nothing was done. This branch is not concern about the customer service and the customers is not the top priority. The only thing that matters is the new technology. No consideration for the elderly and the disable people. Shame on you!

Why you would think a bank is going to take loose change in volume is beyond me. Get the paper rolls from them and do the job yourself.

Then, take the rolls into the bank. This is not rocket science!

For the last couple weeks I have been over drafted in my account my total charges wer $52.99 and I have accumulated in fees alone $150 I asked chase to please help me and cancel the account so no more transaction keep coming or I won't be able to pay it back as soon as I told them I would which was Jan 11 they said that's not possible that I need to speak with the other party and cancel my authorization with them. I was so close to paying what I actually spent back and they added fees for small utility bills of $10 I called again and asked how I can cancel the account I can't pay back this is an old account she said you can't close your account until you pay chase back that is crazy what if I just want to pay you in installments and cancel my banking she said I can't do that and that transactions can keep going through even though am already severely over drafted mainly because of their fees am crying right now writing this because I can't believe that the bank that I've had for so many years refuses to close my account so I can catch up with the overdrafts I have so far and at their lack of understanding that the holidays is a tough time for some people. I really wish to pay only what I have spent which has been bills and not the $150 in over drafts fees that chase has charged me for the small reoccurring utility payments that happened.

Chase bank is the worst bank ever!! They closed my account for no reason!!! And I was with them for years. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!! They also told me they didn't have to give me a reason why they were closing my account!!! I wouldn't put any money in that bank ever again!!

I had to call in SEVERAL TIMES over TWO months and this issue is STILL A MESS! I sent in the original death certificate and what a surprise, no one can fid it on their end. I called for direct contact info and got 2 different and WRONG numbers. I HAAAAAATE this bank! Then I contacted them thru fb, and got one message which provided a promise to help and nothing more. I am so disgusted by this bank and they way they conduct business!

I have (had) my business account at CHASE Bank. I arrived at the bank prior to it opening. After waiting outside, they opened the bank 5 minutes late according to the time posted on the door. Not a big deal at all, and I don't care about that. I entered the bank and I was the only individual inside waiting to see a banker. I needed to get a court document notarized that was very time sensitive and had to be mailed ASAP. The banker informed me that I had to make an appointment for the following day to get it notarized. I couldn't believe it. No one else was even waiting for the banker. I asked the to have my account closed and they offered to do that. They had all the time in the world to close my account, but they refused to notarize my document. Without saying, yes, the banker was a certified notary. I went across the street to Wells Fargo, walked in and they were very friendly. I was greeted by a lady that said they valued their customers, and I was able to get my document notarized quickly with no questions asked. I cant believe I was treat the way I was at CHASE. Very rude, and they didn't care if I was a customer at all. Needless to say, Goodbye CHASE. The CHASE employee was Branch Manager Jose Aguilera NMLS ID: 1256430 (This is the first complaint I have ever written about any business)

Details
I am beyond disbelief. I had my debit card lost/stolen and someone wrote bad checks and was withdrawing money. As soon as my alerts started to go off and checked for my card and my account I immediately called them. I have been dealing with them since December 17,2015 about this situation. Nobody knows what they are doing and I am getting frustrated. Spending 2 1/2 hours on the phone getting transferred from one department to another and no one seems to know what they are doing. I went to the branch and Ricardo just blew me off like you have to call them because that is what we would have to do for you. Ok, why aren't you? I don't feel like a valued customer right now. I have been with them for a while now and they are making me have second thoughts. Wait time...then hold time...then another department that I have been to already...smh
