The 3000 dollars one year interest free balance transfer (offered by Chase) through Chase online service was lost. I never got the money.

Four months now, no one from CHase moved a finger. Called 20 times, sent 15 emails, all I got has been Insult after insult from Chase customer service. I'm stupid, I'm crazy, it's my problem, they got nothing to do with it. The 3000 dollars balance on my Chase credit card has to be paid by me.

And now they're also charging me interest on the top of the 3000 that they lost, and of course they charged me 5% service charge for the balance.

When you think they can't get more horrible they charge me interest now. Let's see what's next from Chase.

I didn't like: Help chase robbed me.
