I am out of USA on business I have a cd that I told them do not rollover yet they did not one time but 2 times .....they have been told 6 times it took over 39 emails last time ...3 all ready hard is it to transfer money from one account to another,,,,,,,,i have to jump thru hopes to get anything done .....does anyone care ...........I am in the hospital in a foreign country and need the funds....i was in hospital day of mugerity

ok chase bank has the worst customer service no body knows anything they all think your stupid ...chas needs a better training program ...what part of do not roll over my cd do they not understand
