Chase Bank in Madrid, Madrid - Chase Visa Credit Card Slate

I have been using the Chase Visa Credit Card for three years. I have been paying on time and more than the minimum payment and without an explanation my APR is 27.25% I called them to request a review on this rate and they just say NO without a reason. I even have a mortgage with them and I never have been late with the payments of the mortgage. Be careful and do not go with Chase, they will take advantage of you. It doesn't matter if you are a good client or not. I hope the government take action and start regulating the credit card companies, especially sharks like Chase.

Billions of OUR tax dollars have bailed out these THIEVES because they were - too big to fail!

After multiple changes of takeovers my good credit card bank account was taken over by this robber-baron (literally a robber baron bank - check its history) bank and did fine for a couple of years with its low interest cc checks at 3 pct. Then I made a telepayment - just wanted to avoid a late charge and made the telepayment ahead of the deadline on the due date - ALL of my interest rates on this card immediately went to 29.9 percent and have been that way ever since - last 3 years.

The payments these bastarxds (sic on purpose) applied were 3 days AFTER my due date - even though I had to pay them $15 to telepay on time to avoid any charges. And WE are still supporting these failed baxdterds (sic) by borrowing money from the Chinese and Arabs at interest and then loaning them OUR TAX dollars at no interest (check it out) to loan it back to us and charge us these outrageous fees and blatantly ignore lending laws - but remember - Congress renewed lending laws to Protect us from predatory practices - YEAH RIGHT. Just like they are going to Cut Spending ($60 Billion of 3.7 Trillion) by cutting spending on the only things that affect the most afflicted and poorest people in the country. Raise ***!

Like they are doing in Minnesota!

Chase Bank in Tucson, Arizona - CHASE Home Finance refusing to help troubled borrowers.

I have been working with several borrowers in all aspects of their financial trouble during this day and age with the distress they are having regarding their Mortgage crisis. One lender above all is doing the absolute worst for their clients. "That is if they help them at all", They work the loan to a 31% as recommended by HAMP or HOPE and instead of rolling escrow, lates and penalties into the loan they tack it on the loan like a "Piggy Back" which in turn only saves the average borrower like $65.00 to $100.00 on their original mortgage. Now if your original Mortgage was $1700.00 a month and your income justifies a $1,100 a month payment and now you owe $1600.00 a month for 40 years. It doesn't make any sense to do this. Take my advise tell them "thanks but no thanks" and either walk away or Short Sale. Re-establish your credit and buy a new house in a few years. If this is what they meant by Helping Homeowners especially those in States with negative equity think again. I have an idea, I have a confidentiality agreement with all of my clients, however if you are one of these distressed homeowners. Send a copy of it to the White House and ask "Is this what you meant by Help?

Chase Bank Fraud

In May 2010 I received an e-mail that my account was delinquent. I found there were about $400 in charges; I paid the account off and called Chase. Chase had closed the account in November 2009 and charged $39/month late fees on a closed account for six months with no notification. Chase could not tell me what the original charges were Circa October 2009, (they may have been fraudulent to begin with), since it had been over six months and the account was now closed. I don't understand how a bank can be allowed to operate in such a fraudulent and dishonest manner.

Chase Bank in Portland, Oregon - Denied a loan modification by Chase, Big Surprise!

I have tried three times to get a loan modification from Chase Unethical Bank. I have one of those predatory loans handed out in 05 and am upside down in the property and stuck. Its slowly draining me and I am asking for a little help, especially since the thing just adjusted up a couple hundred more dollars a month. Its an anchor taking me down slowly. Does Chase care?? Wel the answer is NOOOOOOOOOOOO!! They don't. They are not following the govt. regulations. Everyone should know that foreclosures are happening at a frightening pace. I read there was something like 3.5 million this year. Unbelievable. And something like 65,000 modifications. They are just toying with us, the people that make them a huge company. But now they are taking advantage of us and exploiting us. We were dumb enough to get involved with them and now paying the price. I am so pissed that I am stuck in this loan with such a horrible company. I really have no way out and thats the way they like it. I called today to just ask why I was denied for this modification and was told I did not qualify. I asked to speak to the person or department that made this decision and was told noone was available. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told noone was available. I was then transferred to another dept. and the phone then let em know the call could not be transferred and hung up on me. This is customer service. The politiicians are not much better. I have written letters and called a bunch of these clowns and have gotten nowhere as well. They give you the number of some agency that makes a phone call for you. They talk with the bank and say reapply. You reapply, get denied and then call the agency to let them know. The agency then says, theres nothing more we can do. Bottom line, we are getting screwed. When values were up everyone was on board making these loans, getting commissions, etc. Now that the values are down, they are turning their backs and hanging us with the negative equity. Do not use Chase anymore!! That is the only way we can fight back. Quit getting loans from them. Quit banking with them. Quit letting them use and exploit us. I am done with these Blankety blankety blanks. I hope they go to ***.

Chase Bank in Portland, Oregon - Chase took money from bank seven times minimum

Chase bank took seven times my minimum payment from my checking account for payment on my credit card. I did not write this check and was not using electronic pay online. I did auto pay for a year and during that year Chase unset the auto pay five times and charged for late fees. I called Chase CEO. They sent me back to the regular call line. I reversed the phone number they used to the Bahamas! I will not talk with Chase call agents because most don't speak a language that I can speak and plain old rudeness!

Chase bank freezes all my accts-no reason given

Chase bank 270 park ave nyc has frozen my checking account and my $7000 overdraft protection line. Supposedly, after hours of useless talk with clerks in many depts. (part of Chase's wear em down tactics) it appears that my account is in the Bankruptcy dept even though I have never been bankrupt. I was never notified that the accounts were frozen in any way. I just went to the branch on 9/17/10 and was told that I had been denied access to my own money. It will be one week as of 9/24. All the back office robots can say is ,"sorry". These people could care less that their mistake has robbed you of your wife of their piece of mind. The children suffer as well. What kind of bureaucratic slime are these "back office" people and the hidden top executives who tell them what to do?

I can totally relate! You are very lucky Chase didn't STEAL your property from you like they did to us.

We had 2 rental properties that we financed with a different lender on the same exact day, for the same exact amount of money, and at the same exact interest rate. Then we were notified that Chase Bank purchased our mortgages from the original lender. Chase Bank somehow turned them into home equity lines of credit instead of conventional mortgages like we originally set up. For many years we always send payments for both properties in one envelope without any issues.

All of a sudden Chase is telling us we haven't made a payment on one of the properties in like 6 months! Every time we've ever called Chase they were never able to figure out which property we were calling about, their representatives were very rude, and not one time were any of them able to help us! Instead of sitting down with us to figure this all out they put the house in foreclosure, tacked on thousands of dollars worth of fees to make sure we couldn't afford to pay it all, and then finalized the foreclosure! They flat out STOLE our property!!!

After doing some searching online we are finding that we are only 1 of many other people they did the same exact thing to. I would love to find a contact like a lawyer or something that represented one of these other people to find out if we have any recourse!

Chase Bank in Houston, Texas - Chase Continues Thier Financial Rape Of America

I quit doing business with Chase a long time ago because of their fees and policies. However, today, I went into a Chase branch to cash a check made out to ME from one of their customers. They REFUSED to cash the check unless I opened an account with them. Their representative spent 20 minutes trying to convince me I would face financial ruin unless I opened an account right then and there, and told me they are the bank of the future. I think NOT! I sent their customer back to the bank to cash it. When he did, he promptly closed all of his accounts and went down the street and opened an account in a local community bank. Chase will NEVER understand it is NOT their money until people start closing their accounts.

Chase Bank in Villa Park, Illinois - Chase is holding my money hostage

i deposited a check from an insurance company payable to me via ATM last Friday. It deposited and posted. Then on Monday they debited the account (didn't notify me); went to a branch and got no where for an hour (couldn't tell me anything sorry) sat on the phone for hours and 9 people deposited into my account!) and they will in multiple countries and told i must not have endorsed it (it was mail it soon and there was NO ONE i could escalate my issues to - no one and I did not one time in all the people in person or on the phone say what they could do or would do; they didn't care and it's obvious customer service is not important to this bank - i have multiple accounts, so it's not like I'm a light weight and this was not a small amount of money; several thousand dollars and there was NO ONE escalate this to - not a manager, no one (guess that's what happens when you offshore to manila, pretend it's Austin and get called on it) - Chase i hope you read this - YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY BANK IN TOWN!

Yea I deposited cash earlier today. It said that the funds were avail for both my avail bal and my present bal.

I go to use my card because beings that it was said it was for sure in there I didn't have any cash on me, my card was declined. I'm so pissed off! And then I called cust service. Lady asked me to hold while she looks at my account.

She never did come back on the line. Normally they just look at ur account while they are still on the phone talking out the steps they are taking to help resolve your issue! I tried calling back, then all of a sudden they are doing system maintenance and there were no reps avail to speak with. ***!

That lady knew what she was doing when she put me on hold. She knew she wasnt going to come back on the phone. I kept trying because it told me to try back "shortly" I ended up getting on the line with a male rep who asked for my name and after I told him proceeded to act as if he couldn't hear me! I Called back right away but on a diff line just to make sure it really wasnt a connection problem.

All of a sudden they are supposedly back on maintenance sched and reps weren't avail! I need my freaking money ***! I am def switching banks if they don't do something about my trouble. I want some sort of reimbursement for wasted time, gas going to a place I initially went to use my card and was denied, embarrassment, and time spent without being able to purchase the things I needed with my own money!

I'm fuming right now and I never make complaints! It has been 2 hours of waiting for this "short" scheduled maintenance to complete. I call ***. They are hiding something.

My money, for one.

Also, just because they are doing a maintenance, I didn't know that they actually cut u off from retrieving your own money if it is there. If that is the case, im done with this place for sure.
