Chase Bank in Miami, Florida - Chase Credit Cards uses you money how they want

In an attempt to avoid additional fees for paying my tuition by credit card, I contacted Capital One to have the $ moved from my CC to my Debit Card. Capital One said "as long as there is a VISA logo, we can transfer the money". The money got to Chase and apparently you cannot transfer money to a Debit card and rather than Chase contacing me (or Capital One) they deposited the money in a closed account. I requested that the money be sent back to Capital One and Chase said NO. I asked how they could put the money in an account of their chosing and was told by several people "that is how we do it, if we cannot find an account we put it in one we can find". I asked how they could choose where to put my money and was told it is "how they do it". I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that a supervisor cant help, we are keeping your money. ARE YOU KIDDING!??? So now, I cannot pay for school, I have not authorized payment to this account, but Chase has decided that is how it will be whether I like it or not.

Chase Bank in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - Chase Home Finance scam with flood insurance.

Chase plays slight of hand when it charges for flood insurance. It starts out with a letter telling you that you need to flood insurance. If you send in your information but never get a confirmation from chase. Chase can claim that they never received any information and goes about purchasing flood insurance for your property. Then they hide the charge in the escrow, which they only send out once a year how they itemise the escrow charges. Chase if you were honest and on the up and up you would add it to the optional products line in the loan information section of the monthly statement. CHASE it is time to be honest and not hide your money making tricks.

Chase Bank Account

Chase Bank in Miami, Florida - Victimized a second time by the bank

I used the iphone feature to cash a paycheck back in August of 2010. In Jan on 2011, I found out that someone stole the original check and cashed it at Bank of America in branch back in Nov 2010. By the way I do not have a Bank of America account. Jan 2011 Chase then debits my account for the amount of the stolen paycheck. The bank my job uses is Chase and my personal banking is also with Chase. I then file a police report stating the check had been stolen. Go to my nearest branch to try and resolve the issue. I am met with an attitude of indifference when dealing with CSR Katie Smith face to face. I am told to bring in a copy of the police report and a copy of the cashed check then they can start an investigation. So in the mean while my account is in a negative balance. I then contacted the comptroller of my company in New York and he sent a copy of the cashed check to the CSR in the Royal Palm Beach branch. I call the branch to follow up on my case and the CSR who is supposed to be handling my case is not in again. So I ask to speak with the manager since she said she has mad the manager aware of the problem. It has been nearly four hours and the manager has yet to call me back with an update of my situation. All day he has been unavailable. I offer to come to talk to the manager then. Again the CSR on the phone Alex tells me he will take my name and number and have the manager get back to me. So here I am a couple of weeks into my problem and it seems like the bank does not care. They don't care that the check was stolen, don't care that I don't have the cash equivalent to afford such a loss right now, don't care that the check was cashed more than 90 days after the day I cashed it. It seems like they only care about making me a victim for a second time. Even now I am still waiting on a phone call to resolve this. You would think that who ever deposited my stolen paycheck in Bank of America would have needed to provide an account number and some ID to do so. In a day and age of modern technology and cameras they can easily have the footage pulled from where it was cashed and see who cashed it. By doing that they would know it was not me and would prove that the person who cashed it was not given it by me. But the bank does not appear interested in justice or fairness. I feel as if I have been robbed a second time by the bank. Cause after 60 days of a negative balance the account gets closed and to collections it goes. And another negative remark added to my credit report.

R U Kidding? When you deposited that check into Chase you had to write on the back that you were depositing it only into your certain account right?

when B of A looked at the check that was deposited there it should have either been writen on or dmaged to get the pen off of the back.

Why are you not mad at B of A they are at fault not to mention the check had already been deposited. Maybe someone at your company printed off a second check illegally gave it to someone that they knew.

Chase did the same thing to me! The second hit was 6 days after I made my mortgage payment.

Drained my account, and left me overdrafted. They told me it was a glitch in the system....a glitch in the system? I don't have autopay, I go in each month and autorize one payment. I asked my own bank and Chase how this was legal?

I was told that once I gave Chase my bank routing number that an autorization was not required....Really? Guess I'm goig back to writing checks.

It has been 3 days now, and still no money in my account. I called to get the status, since I was assured I would see it in 2 days, well they now need 24 - 48 hours more and the phone rep did not know if that was banking days or hours.

Lucky me, MLK day is Monday...I may not see my money for a week, and I think I might concider myself lucky to get it then.

Chase Bank in Tracy, California - Female Chauvenistic Pigs!!!!

I am a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. People come from all walks of life to learn to better themselves. I am outraged at the sex discrimination of CHASE COMMERCIAL showing a overweight white male along side a slende in-shape white woman whom is versed in balancing exercises. She is graceful he is falling. The message is two fold and clear. 1). Men are made to look ***. 2) It is perfectly allright to discriminate sexually against the male gender, but if it were the other way around a riot would occour. But wait it gets better! No African American Woman, No Hispanic American Woman or Asiam Americam Woman would stoop so low Isin't it always the White Woman and they always Scream the Loudest.

CHASE BANK 2 YEAR WAIT ON LOAN MODIFICATION

I started my loan modification in October of 2008. I have a file 2 feet high of paper work faxed to Chase. I paid my mortgage on time until they added fee's that were excuses while doing the loan mod. Also refused to give us the 6% SSRA while my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. This bank does not care about you nor your family and think that they are above the law. We should start a class action law suit. They have more excuses with each month that I continue to fax needed documents. This should be against the law. DO NOT USE CHASE if you want to do a loan modification, they want your home. I guess the next thing will be Chase Bank Real Estate, INC. Hardship means nothing.

oh boy-did I hit the right site!! I tried 3 x for a loan mod-Chase made various excuses and finally turned me down-THEN when I was desperate they allowed me to REFI which cost me an extra 9K!

I lowered my payment about $300.00 but of course it's going up again due to tax increases and insurance increases...AND to add insult to injury they threatened to cancel the 2 credit card accounts we had with them-I told them that would definitely impact my credit score. They lied and said they would not cancel them-guess what-a month later-same letter and they claimed not to have promised what they said (WTF!!!)I had a small card with them that they did not cancel-I canceled it-they can shove their credit cards up their ---es-SO-NO LOAN MOD-NO NOTHING-THEY LIE!

I love when bk att try to advertise. File bk, destroy your credit for 10 years (yes bk stays on credit for 10 years not 7).

Also your rate will still be the same and now the mortgage co will never work with you again to do a deferment, modification or refi because you filed bk on them.

Wow what a deal!! LOL

I have beeen getting the run around from Chase on a loan modification since Jan.2009!!! It's unbelievable they can get away with this.

I faxed the same papers numerous times, they approved the loan mod., then denied it...back and forth. I can't even begin to tell you what a headache it has been dealing with this bank. They purposely lose documents and drag out the process so the homeowner looks bad, then they foreclose on you. No one cares.

How does a regular person fight a big bank and win?

A class action law suit sounds great to me. I don't know of any lawyers who have the balls to take them on.

I totally agree! Chase Bank sucks!

They are nothing but predators.

We've done nothing but fax the same documents over and over and over again and Chase has not done one single thing. Regarding a class-action lawsuit, where do I sign on???

Chase Bank in Washington, District Of Columbia - Chase Harassed Me "Holy Moly Mother of Mary"

I'm glad I found this site. I have been getting 6 - 9 calls from Chase a day, alternating between 800-848-9380 and Private Caller. I have not been late for several months however, they continue to want to know when I'm making my payment. I began answering their calls in the last couple months or so and just today handled four of their calls alone. Everytime they kept trying to talk over me because I would not confirm the name they were giving. I also told the guy to give me his phone number so I can call him ten times a day to see how he liked it but he talked over me. I asked several times for them to stop calling me and that I considered these numerous calls as harassment but they did not care and would continue to talk. Until I blew it on the last call I answered and said "Holy Moly Mother of Mary." I have no idea why I said that it was random because I normally cuzz but it was merely out of frustation and random. It worked. the guy actually stopped talking and hung up on me. I have not gotten one call from them after that. Go figure. Try it see if it works for you...

if you were in the Home Affordable Program page 10 of the program guidelines from March 4, 2009. specifically states UNPAID LATE FEES WAIVED: Unpaid late fees will be waived for the borrower.

These include late fees prior to the start of the Trial Period and accrued during the period. I printed up the 17 page guidelines from the internet. I applied in November 2009. My husband died and I lost half of our income.

You can re-apply if you meet guidelines, but, do not miss any payments. That is where they get you. also they escrowed my account and I was making the tax and insurance payments myself. but they are supposed to give you time to make escrow payments not lump sum.

The issue I am having of course they don't want to comply with government guidelines and are trying to charge me late fees as of Dec 2010. I contact them and have them waive fees immediately as they will add up and they aren't even supposed to be added.

They messed with the military, families and widows with children. Great bank (NOT)
