Chase Bank in Newport Beach, California - Chase is NOT the card to use if you live overseas

They really don't know how to support people living overseas in a way the is convenient. They have lengthy hold times. They do not record messages. Their routing of call centers does not keep information for continuation of discussion if you have an ongoing problem. They continually demonstrate how inferior they are to other credit card companies. Well, the time has come to cut the ties...Well, cut the card and end this 15 year relationship with a bank that has lost its way. I do hope that someone at Chase VISA reads comments like this however, it wouldn't surprise me if they buried their head in the sand and chose to avoid addressing an issue rather than helping someone who has always been a loyal customer.

THE CHASE BANK WONT REMODIFCATION WITH THE CUSTUMERS

I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THE REMODIFCATION OF MY HOME FOR 3 YEARS . THEY SAY THEY DONT RECIEVE THE PAPER WORK WHEN I FAX IT TO THEM AND I EVEN HAVE THE FAX SHEETS SAYING THAT THE FAX HAS GONE THROUGH SO I KNOW THEY RECIEVED IT . PLUS THEY QUIT TAKING MY HOUSE PAYMENTS . I FEEL THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG . I TRIED TO PAY THEM AND THEY KEEP SENDING THE CHECKS BACK I NOTICES WHEN THE PRESIDENT WANTED TO HELP PEOPLE SAVE THEIR HOMES CHASE WAS THE FIRST TO PUT THEIR HANDS IN THE POT TO RECIEVE THE MONEY BUT THEY DID NOT HELP THE CUSTMERS AT ALL. I FEEL CHASE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY OFF EVERY ONES HOUSES OR GIVE THE COSTMERS THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY BACK THAT THEIR HOMES ARE WRETH . I ALSO THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE TO CLEAN UP EVERYONES CREDIT THAT ENDED UP BEING BAD BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT EXCEPT THE MONEY.IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THREE YEARS TO DO THE REMODICATION PLUS . I FEEL THEY JUST WANT PEOPLE TO LOOSE THEIR HOMES. THEY DONT CARE IF SOMEONE LOST THEIR JOB,OR HAVING HEALTH PROBLEM ,OF THAT IS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AT ALL . I HOPE ALL THE BAD THINGS THEY HAVE PULLED ON PEOPLEON PEOPLE COMES BACK AND HURTS THAT BANK AND IT WOULD ENDUP SHUTTING DOWN.

They have my nevada state bank info , but they they sent me 3 account verifcation deposits instead of 2 and thats screwing everything up and it keeps giving me the same message "error has occured we cannot process this request at this time, for 3 friggen days" you can imagine how much restraint its taking me to not use a large amount of profanity while typing this but im very upset, no no upset PISSED!

Chase bank and state of connecticut suck

ct. now pays unemployment to a chase debit card. problem is i dont have a chase bank within 40 miles of me. so while in another city, I stopped at a chase and was told "you can use a peoples bank ATM at any stop and shop for no fee." so I start using peoples atm, lo and behold there are charges on my account. so I call the number on the back of the card, no options to speak to anyone or dispute charges. Go to chase website get customer service number for debit cards. I must say the guy was pleasent enough until he found out it was an unemployment card then he started speaking to me like i was one of the unclean. Told me he would transfer me to the department that dealt with the unemployment cards -- sure enough right back to automated system. *** chase and *** state of connecticut for dancing with these devils.

My father received a letter in the mail stating that Chase had sold his mortgage to Ocwen Lending, LLC. I asked my dad, who is 92, if he had gotten behind on his payments or if he had made any changes without asking me and he said no and that he wanted to stay with...

What is up with JP Morgan selling loans it does not legally own? I was notified that Ocwen will service my loan via my homeowners insurance policy....

no notice was sent by Ocwen of Chase! I think this is Chase's way of bypassing their $25B settlement agreement and the Independent Foreclosure Review that will begin August 1, 2012. So in a nutshell, Chase did not legally own any rights to my loan, sold it. So Chase has now deceived the borrower, investor and Ocwen.

Way to go Jamie Dimon the man who quotes "I believe in stronger regulation and not necessarily more regulation".

That being said, I guess he is prone to the regulators investigating this act that he believes. I doubt regulators will do a thing.

Chase Bank - Horrific ...

How do I summarize how incredibly *** awful Chase Bank is? First, they completely mishandled our refi (the person handling it must have never handled a refi before, & went on vacation for two weeks without telling us, causing us to almost miss our closing date & lose a great low interest rate) ... & now that I'm going though a divorce, I had to talk to three different people in three different departments to properly seperate assets between myself & my ex-spouse, & despite multiple verbal assurances from a Chase representative on the phone, & even written confirmation from Chase that everything was done as I requested (my spouse's name was removed from my accounts), now, weeks later, another person from Chase tells me my spouse is still listed on the accounts! Don't ever trust anything Chase tells you, & avoid them at all costs if you can. Personally, I'll be working on closing all my Chase accounts & finding other banks ... I can't trust them at all ...

Chase Bank in Forest Hills, New York - CHASEs HOME REFINANCING SCAM

I went through the whole refinance process-twice- and then... nothing. No return calls, no information, and when I called I could not even get any infromation- for almost 1 year. After months and months of no return calls I called the main Customer Servcie department and made sure they listened to me. They "claimed" that my refinance was rejected, but no one ever told me that. In fact, they told me the opposite the last time I spoke with them. So, over 1 year later, I fought and got my appraisal fee back- I felt it was the least that I was owed. I am moving my mortgage and accounts to a Credit Union- so should everyone! They also kept telling me that Chase would not go through the process knowing they were not going to refinance- they said "why would chase do that for a measely $375.00"...THINK ABOUT IT: THEY GET A SMALL FEE OF $375 FOR THE APPRAISAL...BUT IF THEY GET THIS FROM MILLIONS OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE ADDED A LOT TO THEIR BOTTOM LINE!!

Chase bank

just this week alone more thn 150.00 in nsf's then the best part an additional 12.00 fee for "overdraft protection". If im at fault for my banking practice fine but why the extra 12.00 charges that aren't covering the nfs to begin with. If I were robbing them like they do me I'd be behind bars. Then try reasoning with them. I'M not perfect in balanceing my buget but how they they chose to pay the online transactions is sometime a bit puzzeling. I will no longer bank with chase as of today they can keep my money. GOOD BY CHASE Off to a credit union.

Dont spend more money than you make. Yes, that's it.

That could solve the problem. No, its easier to blame the bank. My debit card is set up to not work if there are not sufficient funds.

Better yet, ask your friends to lend you money instead. Will they remain your friends?
