Chase Bank in West Fork, Arkansas - Jpmorgan Chase modification fraud, foreclosure fraud

I was laid off my job back in 2010, after falling 3 pmts short I called Chase to see if I could add my late pmts to the end of my note, now employed again with a better job.Chase said no an told me best option was to modify my loan, sounded great, hoping to modify my mortgage under HAMP, We were told by Geoff at chase bank to stop making any pmts until we are approved for modification. Only to be approved, make all my trial pmts then told they never received our final agreement signed. Absolutely absurd!!! We told them to send us the paper if they lost it an we would resign it an fax it over but no they said we have to reapply once again for modification an Geoff was taken off our case bc he never kept record of our calls, now we keep getting denied over an over again bc of #1. A final agreement chase says we opt out of LIE!! #2. Our income didn't change. An other gibberish lies, we have been fighting Chase for two years. Plus while we thought we were in a modification Chase had us in foreclosure!! We've been served papers, we've fought sheriff's sale dates all while in modification! Jp Morgan's Chase unit drove us deeper into debt by prolonging the modification process through "gross ineptitude," adding fees to my loan already in default and starting foreclosure while my modification was being negotiated. This whole thing has been a futile modification process that Chase had no real intention of honoring!!! Papers being lost or according to chase "never received" It's foreclosure abuse, lender abuse!! An I will not lose my home when I can make monthly pmts an I never wanted a foreclosure. How did 3 months behind get me to 2 years behind bc of Chase banks "modification" its not fair an I want justice

Chase Bank in Bowling Green, Ohio - JP chase mortgage

I filled bankruptcy 3 years ago and chase refuses to put my mortgage on my credit report. I fill out a reaffirmation on the mortgage and have proof of papers and they said as long as I have a home loan with them they will not report it. I thought a bigger bank would be better at customer service but they treat you like ***. NEVER Go Through Chase Bank! This bank will probably end up filling bankruptcy too. Since they are saying I didn't reaffirm my house I guess I have the freedom to walk away and not pay a single dime.

CHASE Bank DO NOT MORTGAGE with them - Pathetic

This is a long story: to be short CHASE does NOT Care about you. I had been unemployed and partially employed for over 2 yrs. I kept current with my motgage using saving, retirement etc. When I finally gor a new job that required a move out of state, I also had to find housing in the other state while I tried to sell my house. I contacted CHASE to make them aware of my additional living expenses and asked if I could get some temporary relief on my mortgage. No one wanted to help, even said until I got behind they had no programs that could help...I moved in June called in August. In September my home and the entire neighborhood was flooded. Now my wife was forced out of our house and had to find a place to stay until she could move with me in Nov. Again I contacted CHASE and let them know we were running out of funds, again they said they had no programs. We got an initial insurance check for the flood, which covered part of our damage costs, we had to cover the remainder with our own remaining funds. HAd to take the house off the market. We started to get behind, because we had to make a choice.... Every month somebody different from CHASe told us a different story. One person told us to send what we could, another said not to, each story was different. We finally got our second insurance check in April and sent it to CHASE per the directions that they had to also sign it for release before we could deposit it. This would allow us to clear up all the back payments and get back on board. We continued to get mixed information from different people from CHAse when we learned we could have a "single point of contact". This became a waste because he had no authority to do anything. In March we were told we were not in foreclosure and to avoid it we should apply for restructuring of our loan, which we did only to be told we did not qualify because we were not living there and didn't have a tenant. We were instructed rather than being denied, we should just withdraw the application which we did. Chase then held our check because they "needed to be certain the work was done and there were no contractor liens and to pay the contractor" We told them that the contractor was paid out of our savings, etc and that we needed that money to pay them, even offerred that they could keep what was owed to them and send back the difference. It took almost 2 months to get the check back. Meanwhile we found out that the foreclosure process stared back in April (without any notice to us) .... Now that we have the check back that should have been back before the foreclosure process ever started (and by the way - don't assume for a minute that any one of Chase departments talk to any other because they obviously don't). Once we had a renter, we re-applied for mortgage modification to stop the process. Now more funny part, because of my new income level I was told that the modification would "likely increase" my payments... a lot of help that would be. So we are ready to take the insurance money and get our morgage caught up...now they want to charge us additional late fees and "attorney fees" based on the foreclosure work that was done. I requested relief of these charge of almost $700.... of course, the answer was No consideration... and obviously no recognition of their part in causing the situation... so much for CHASE CARING about their customers... My Advice... whenlooking for a bank of mortgage and CHASE comes up...RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! Telll everybody you can. JUST RUN!

Chase Bank in Doylestown, Pennsylvania - Chase credit cards are a must avoid!!!

Over the years my credit line went up and up and up. My interest rate was always decent, so we used our card, like most people do. When we bought a house, we bought stuff for the house and ran the balance up. We figured we could pay it down over a few months. Next thing we know, our interest rate more than doubles!!! The interest each month has made it so hard to pay the balance down and within a couple months, my credit score went down. I've pleaded with chase to lower my interest rate with no success. I've had enough! Today, I got to someone in financing and once again pleaded my case. I got rude comments like "we didn't make you use your card". Chase makes tons of money and still would even if they lowered rates. I'm a business owner, and I understand a business needs to make money, but have som compassion already. I can't wait to pay my card off and get rid of chase. I just hope there is a decent card company out there.

I barely used my Chase card over the past year or so, and I have been auto-paying my bill each month. My interest rate was almost 29% over a year ago, yet my interest rate was still almost 29%.

When I called to see if they could lower my rate, they said only "the computer" reviews rates and they could not help me.

I told them unless they could work with me, they will loose my business "forever" and I will tell everybody about my nearly 29% interest Chase credit card. Chase customer service didn't care and would not adjust my rate at all.

Chase Bank in Pensacola, Florida - Chase Mortgage Modification Program is a RIPOFF SCAM!!

I accepted a new job in FL in June, 2011. I leased my home for a period of one year; they were to make the mortgage payments directly to Chase. Long story short, they did not make 4 months worth of mortgage payments. The job in FL did not work out (unbelievable hostile work environment!) so I moved back to AL at the end of October, 2011, just after finding out my mortgage was in arrears. In November, 2011, I applied for the Chase Mortgage modification program. I faxed over 54 pages of requested documents.......FIVE TIMES SINCE NOVEMBER, 2011 (in less than 7 months time). Each time I sent this "updated" information, I would receive a letter from Chase just 3-4 days later, stating that they had received my Request for Modification, yet would AGAIN that I fax the EXACT SAME DOCUMENTS THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGED HAVING RECEIVED!!!!!! I have attempted hundreds of times to contact Chase by telephone. I have spoken to so many different people that I actually had to start making a list of their names, dates and exact times I spoke with each. I NEVER spoke with the same person twice....never!! I have offered to send in payments, however, was told by each of the different account specialists that I spoke with that they could not accept any payment during the "modification process." My last fax of 54 documents to them was June 6, 2012, and, as is their "pattern and practice", sent me a letter 3 days later AGAIN acknowledging they had received my "modification request", however, AGAIN requested the EXACT SAME DOCUMENTS I had faxed just 3 days before, giving me a 15 day deadline. Two days later, I received yet ANOTHER EXACT letter requesting the EXACT SAME DOCUMENTS, however, this time giving me a 30 day deadline. On Saturday, June 14, 2012, JUST 8 DAYS LATER received a THIRD EXACT SAME LETTER from Chase. On this exact same day, June 14, 2012, I also received a FORECLOSURE NOTICE!!!! THE NEXT FAX THEY RECEIVE FROM ME WILL BE A LETTER STATING "YOU LYING B******S, COME GET THE HOUSE AND STICK IT UP YOUR A**!!!!!!!!! What Chase is doing should be, and probably is, ILLEGAL and I hope they eventually bankrupt!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I applied for a modification after being laid off from my job and having to start over. after a years work Chase offers me a modification for more than I was paying to begin with saying that because my mortgage was an in house mortgage, I did not qualify for any goverment program.

I did not accept the modification. when I called again to reapply the representative mentioned a new program that I was eligable for that offered 20,000.00 and a chance at all debt forgiveness with a short sale. I thought about it for a while and agreed. This was not an easy process!

Now a year and 1/2 later after much adue I am finally selling the house. Chase made me wait months before approving the sale.. the entire yr & 6 mths leading me to believe that I was still in this bail out program only to find out once they approved my short sale that I will get nothing @ the closing... we don't even have enough money to close the sale!

Nice Chase!

Don't do business with this bank they say they want to help but they have left my family & I hanging out to dry.... by the way I am a single parent who does not recieve child support or allamoney...Chase knows this!

Chase Bank in Kenton, Ohio - Chase

I have had checks go through on my account that aren't authorized by me. I have called the dispute line multiple times to resolve the issue, and they can't all they do is refund the partial amount of the check that was written under my name. I have been banking with them for over 3 years, I have not overdrafted but only once. I was told my account was compromised, but until the account gets cleared they can't do anything to open a new account. I have stopped into my branch multiple times, and again same story. The branch does more than their customer service line. I want to bank with a national bank to make it easier in case i move somewhere a local bank isn't but if I'm dealing with this for much longer, I'm going to another bank. Is this how you treat a customer who has been loyal to you for the last three years?
