No mater what you do. Chase bank does not care about you. They dont want you to get any answers. I have a credit card with chase. I pay it off. I get rewarded for paying my credit card off with them by them reducing my credit limit. I compain I write a letter to the president. I get a call from someone that has no clue about banking that I can apply for an increase. And the bank does not care. I then use my card hoping they will get better but nope. I use my card and the interest brings the card over limit. They charge me for the interest causing the over limit that they reduced for no good reason but they also raise my interest rate. I contact them they say we don't care. But thanks for contacting us. If you want a bank to care go to the mofia use them dont use chase they dont care at all, and never will.
